Aquamarine Chiffonier Antique Bureau
Great condition antique Bureau. Approx. 1910. Replaced top handle as original was missing.
It has been lovingly restored by me into a beautiful Bespoke item. I hand painted whole piece with pastel palette of Annie Sloan paints creatively blended together. I gave the name for colour Aquamarine as this mixture reminds me of the beautiful precious stone. I hope you can see all the beauty of its appearance in those photos . Few layers of paint have been applied to give texture to the surface. A rich deep warm red – Burgundy the colour of dark cherries was applied inside of the drawers and bureau to balance the look. Delicately distressed and signed with my designer signature.
Decorated with French Typography designed by myself.
Protected inside and outside with clear wax.
Some dark wax has been added to give depth and age to the overall look.
